General rental conditions
These terms provide a general framework for vehicle rental. The final confirmed booking may also include specific pricing, vehicle, deposit, insurance and pickup conditions.
Booking requests
Submitting a booking form does not automatically guarantee vehicle availability. A booking becomes confirmed only after AllWays Car Rentals reviews the request and sends written confirmation to the customer.
Driver requirements
The primary driver must meet the minimum age requirement, hold a valid driver licence and provide accurate identification details. Additional drivers may also need to meet the same requirements.
Rental period
The rental period begins at the agreed pickup time and ends at the agreed return time. Late returns may result in additional charges unless an alternative arrangement has been approved.
Vehicle availability
All vehicles are subject to availability. If the selected vehicle becomes unavailable, AllWays Car Rentals may offer a similar replacement vehicle or another suitable option.
Rental charges
Rental charges may include the daily vehicle rate, optional extras, airport service fees, deposits and other agreed charges. Final pricing will be shown before the booking is confirmed.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required before vehicle collection. The amount and payment method will be confirmed during the booking process.
Fuel and mileage
The vehicle must be returned according to the agreed fuel policy and mileage conditions. Additional charges may apply for missing fuel or mileage above the agreed allowance.
Vehicle use
The vehicle must be used legally, safely and only by approved drivers. It must not be used for racing, illegal activities, towing without approval or driving in prohibited areas.
Damage and incidents
Customers must promptly report accidents, vehicle damage, theft, breakdowns or other incidents. The customer may be responsible for costs not covered by the agreed protection or insurance arrangement.
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions may depend on the booking date, rental period and notice provided. Any applicable cancellation charges will be explained before confirmation.
Customer information
Customers must provide correct and complete information. AllWays Car Rentals may cancel or refuse a booking where information is false, incomplete or cannot be verified.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when business processes, legal requirements or rental services change. The applicable version will be the version provided at the time of booking.
By confirming a rental, the customer acknowledges the booking-specific terms supplied by AllWays Car Rentals.
